Stream Deck Setup
Use Stream Deck to move through items, change production views, mark highlights, and control Live Selling recording without reaching for the mouse.
Vendivo Desktop build 49 includes plugin 1.0.0.49. You need macOS 13 or later and Elgato Stream Deck software 7.1 or later on the same Mac.
Install and connect
- Open Show Settings → Integrations → Stream Deck in Vendivo.
- If prompted, select Download Stream Deck…, install Elgato's software, and return to Vendivo.
- Select Install Stream Deck Plugin…. Vendivo opens its included installer in Stream Deck.
- Approve the installation in Stream Deck. Vendivo enables control and the plugin connects automatically.
- If the plugin is already installed, select Connect Stream Deck. Confirm the status reads Stream Deck connected.
- In Stream Deck, add the actions from the Vendivo category to your keys. Add Status so connection and production state stay visible.
The Enable Stream Deck control switch turns the integration on or off. Control stays on this Mac through an authenticated local connection.
Available keys

| Host Mode | Switches to the Host production mode. |
| Break Mode | Switches to the Break production mode. |
| Close-up Mode | Switches to the Close-up production mode. |
| Mark Highlight | Marks the current item as a highlight. |
| Broadcast | Starts an eligible Vendivo-managed broadcast; hold an active key for 1.2 seconds to stop. |
| Recording | Starts Live Selling recording; hold an active key for 1.2 seconds to stop. |
| Status | Displays connection and production status without changing anything. |
Complete camera tests and output preflight in Vendivo, then select Start Show before using item and mode controls. Keys follow the show's current state; they cannot make an unavailable action ready. End the show in Vendivo when you reach the last item.
Whatnot and recording boundaries
Whatnot Show Tools owns the public Whatnot broadcast. Start and stop it in Show Tools; the Stream Deck Broadcast key does not replace that step. The Recording key controls the separate local show recording.
These keys control Live Selling, not screen and camera recording. Finish and leave the Record workspace before using live-production keys. See Recording & Editing for those distinct workflows.
Update or reconnect
Return to Integrations → Stream Deck after updating Vendivo. The app compares the installed plugin with its included version and offers Update Stream Deck Plugin… or Repair Stream Deck Plugin… when needed. Approve the installer in Stream Deck.
If a key reports APP OFFLINE, open Vendivo and Stream Deck, confirm Enable Stream Deck control is on, then use Connect Stream Deck or Reconnect Stream Deck. Resolve any production or preflight warning in Vendivo before trying the action again.
